Using Sahife
Sahife is a task manager for your own use. Yigit Ozdamar (“we”) provides it. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. You must be at least 16.
Early access
Sahife is in early access. Features change, and things may break. Keep your Recovery Key safe and export your data from time to time (Settings → Data → Export).
Your Recovery Key
Your tasks are encrypted with a key only you hold. If you lose your Recovery Key and have no signed-in device or passkey that can unlock, nobody can recover your tasks — not even Sahife. You keep your account, but you start with an empty list. Keeping the key safe is your responsibility.
Your content
What you write is yours. You give us only the permission we need to store and sync the encrypted copies of it. We can’t read it.
Fair use
Don’t use Sahife to break the law, to attack or overload the service, to get into other people’s accounts, or to store material you have no right to store. The free plan includes 50 MB of encrypted storage.
Availability
We work to keep Sahife running and your data safe, with backups and tested restores, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Sahife works offline: what is on your devices stays there when our servers are unreachable.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after telling you why when we can. If we ever close Sahife, we will give you at least 60 days’ notice to export your data.
Liability
Sahife is provided free of charge. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost data; nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan. If you use Sahife as a consumer, this choice of law doesn’t take away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. We tell you about important changes before they take effect; the version you accepted is recorded with your account. Questions: hello@sahife.app.
